In preparation for the club championships next Saturday, see PPYCC website for details, we will be running a distance challenge this Saturday as well as recapping the bike handling module that we have just completed.
The forecast is good, so please make sure you bring a drink and a snack as well as gloves if you have them. We will be getting the distance challenge started just after 9 so please do your best to be ready for the start of the session.
Regrettably we have had to cancel this Saturday’s inner ring session due to a lack of coaches. The track will be free and available for independent use if desired.
For those of you coming to Cyclopark tomorrow, we will meet outside the cafe from 8.45 for signing on and please be ready to ride at 9.
The weather forecast is looking good but do ensure you have layers of clothing so you can adapt. Please also bring snacks and water bottles and we will build in a number of breaks to the session. I also understand there is a water tap where you can top up your bottles.
I will be lead coach tomorrow and can be contacted on 0780119 5182 if you have any queries.
We will be running an Inner Ring session at the track tomorrow from 9-10.30. We will be having some egg themed challenges so please bring an old desert spoon with you if you can, but ask first!
