(20 mins 10.45-11.05) Held start, 2 groups on either side of track 2 at time time race to corner then join the group at other side. (coaching points. Right Gear to simulate track gear. Count down 5-go. arm position explosive etc. get Noah to demo.
(20 mins 11.05-11.25) I lap TT held start 3 stations 2 people each just one at a time (need 6 people all together CAYVs to help) cones around each station.
(20 mins 11.25-11.50) Race based scenario. Point race, 2 groups (10 lap and 8 lap points every other lap, group reforming) Depending on ability and time may run with 3 groups. (possibly girls race).

We provide fun, skills and competitive cycling activities with fully qualified coaches at Preston Park Cycle Track and believe that cycling contributes strongly to a sustainable lifestyle. Our club caters for members aged 8 to 18 years, though we have some older and younger members. We meet between March and October, typically at Preston Park Cycle Track, every Saturday morning. The club also meets less often during the winter months.
