As this is the day before our cycle-cross promotion we will meet at Happy Valley recreation ground in Woodingdean for some off-road coaching so mtb and cross bikes only. Start time for all will be 10.00 and finish time 12.00. Bring your usual session fee, and snacks. Please bear in mind it may be muddy and even cold.
