This coming Saturday we are running a special session at Happy Valley instead of at the track at Preston Park. Riders will need to bring mountain, cyclo-cross or other bikes that can contend with off road terrain – plenty of grass, mud and the likes.
Session times are the same as usual and will be doing some different types of coaching in preparation for the club’s cyclo cross events.
Rider should remember to bring snacks, water and plenty of layers to stay warm.
