Outer Ring Saturday 20th October – intervals

With the summer season closing next week we focus on interval training in tomorrow’s session.

What is interval training? Well interval training is a way of structuring your riding so that you get maximum reward from your effort in the minimum time.

“Sounds great!”

However we could also describe this as digging deep and working painfully hard to help train specific elements of your fitness.

Is you glass half full, or half empty? This will determine which definition works for you.
