Our session runs from 10.30 – 12.00 and focuses around a distance challenge. Even with a good forecast bring warm clothes for non-riding parts of the session.. We will include in the session:
– a bike check
– a warm up
– distance challenge
– another activity if time
Please note we cannot use the stand for shelter as it has been barriered off. The grass will be soft and muddy, try to avoid it. Your bike should be clean, oiled, tyres pumped and safe to ride..
