It was on but then so very nearly off thanks to a heavy rain shower mid-morning. But the later start worked for us and we were able to run a full Omnium for all age groups.
Firstly many thanks to Paul Wilson for running the event the past few years. He’s now handed over to Bill Boyle who I’m sure will do an equally great job in future. Thanks as well to Charlie for the catering , Felix English and https://www.angrypablo.cc for the prizes , Dave Gerrey for keeping the results page updated and all the volunteers and officials that are needed to help and event like this run smoothly.
Congratulations to all our riders, it was great to see so many of you competing across the age categories. Well done everyone !

For those who want to enter more youth omniums this year the final week round is 12/13 June and Poole Wheelers @ Bournemouth and VCL @ Herne Hill. Entries for these events are still open on BC website.
