The AGM will be held on Saturday 7th November at 3pm. Of course this year with all the continued restrictions on social events we are having to do it 100% virtually. We will do the usual official committee reports and elections for the first 30 mins or so, followed by club awards and games as always. The team are busy planning the event at the moment, more detail and a Zoom link will be circulated nearer the time.
Some riders will have club shields that have hopefully had pride of place on your shelves over the past year! These will need to be returned so that we can get them engraved with the names of our new 2020 club champions, we will be contacting those riders in the coming week to arrange collection.
We will still have a raffle this year with lots of great prizes. Tickets will be sold in advance of the AGM at the club championships and the remaining Saturday sessions throughout October, Andy Neale will be selling these, usually to be found at the sign-on container or marshalling the main gate on Saturdays.
