This Saturday we will use track bikes [weather permitting] and be looking at time trialling. We will race over the distances of 200 metres, 1 lap and 3 laps [1mile]. With the absence of track racing we may use this format for a club championship later in the year.

For those of you not at the Eastbourne Festival this weekend we will be running a Saturday morning session as normal continuing with circuit racing but also introducing some track skills in the form of Madison hand slings on the grass. Sunday there will be a road ride leaving the track at 10.00.
