Tuesday evenings in March from 18.30 to 19.30 sees a training session for those interested in keeping fit. It is aimed at riders who did the cyclo-cross winter training or other’s of that ability level. The session is a continuous hours ride around Preston Park cycle track; cyclists call this a ‘Chaingang.’ To take part you need a front light, as it is dark, and usual cycle kit. Although coaches will be present to start and finish the sessions they will be joining in the riding and so it must be considered to be an informal and uncoached activity. There is no charge and there are four Tuesdays left in March.
