There is the usual session from 09.00 for the Inner Ring group. Outer Ring have a short road ride taking in the Mtb racing at Stanmer Park in the Big Dog. We will leave at 10.30 sharp, so be signed on before this time.

For friends of member Noah Steele you will be sorry to hear that whilst riding in Preston Park he suffered a double break of his arm yesterday with fractures of both his radius and ulna. Best wishes to Noah for a recovery even speedier than his fall.
