Outer ring are on track bikes continuing to display our starting skills and also Match Sprints so there is bound to be some sumo and contact practice.
We will be practicing TTs and Pursuits skills on Track bikes. If you can bring rollers please do.
Tomorrow’s Outer Ring session will be on ROAD bikes. We will be practicing racing in a bunch, including race scenarios such as cornering in a group. If time allows we may also looking at rider progress, with a timed lap. Look forward to seeing you all there!
